Sensibly planned diets are structured around providing all the essential nutrients required by the body, and will as such contain all the types of food needed to do so.

The key to achieving weight loss does not lie in starving yourself, but it eating the right types of foods, and combining it with additional physical activity. There are a multitude of diets that are sensible and well balanced – and any one of those can be a suitable vessel toward weight loss success.
